When you book a time or send an appointment request we receive your name and phone number, and, if you give them, your email, preferred day and time, reason for the visit and message. We use them only to arrange your appointment and to contact you about it.

If you book a time, your name, phone number and email are also added to the clinic's patient records, so the booking appears in the clinic's appointment calendar.

Please do not write detailed medical information in the request form. The dentist will ask about your health at the visit.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Only clinic staff with their own staff account can read requests. Every staff member signs in, and patient records are protected so that the public cannot read them.

When a booking or request arrives, the clinic receives an email alert with your name, phone number, chosen day and time and reason, so someone can call you. This alert is sent through Resend, an outside email service, to the clinic's email. Your email and message are not included.

Bookings and requests are stored in the clinic's database at Supabase, a hosting company, and the website runs on Vercel. Both keep the information on their servers on the clinic's behalf.

We keep a request only as long as the clinic needs it to arrange your visit and to keep its records. Requests marked as spam or no longer needed can be deleted by the clinic.

You can ask the clinic to show you, correct or delete the details you sent. Contact the clinic using the phone, WhatsApp or email above.

The map is provided by Google Maps and loads only when you scroll to it. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp. These services have their own privacy policies.

The website remembers your choice of light or dark mode in your browser. This stays on your device.
